These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Boost Interview’s website, desktop application, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Boost Interview, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, employment, and communications laws.

Before capturing or processing a conversation, you must obtain any notices or consents required from the interviewer and other participants.

7. Free Trial

Boost Interview may offer eligible users free trials or promotional access to selected features. The applicable features, usage allowance, duration, eligibility requirements, and other conditions will be displayed when the offer is made.

Free-trial eligibility and limits are governed by the terms displayed with the applicable offer. Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to obtain unauthorized trial access is prohibited. Once the applicable trial limit expires or is consumed, a paid subscription may be required to continue using paid features.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Boost Interview may offer paid subscription plans with different billing periods, features, and usage limits, as displayed at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout.

The applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation information will be displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the Manage Billing section of your account or another cancellation method made available by Boost Interview.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, databases, and original content, is owned by the individual operator of Boost Interview or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Boost Interview a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

Boost Interview may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and AI services. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services that are outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Interview is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boost Interview and its individual operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, employment opportunities, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Boost Interview for your most recent billing period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
