Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Service Description

Boost Interview provides features that may include:

• Interview-question preparation
• Candidate Memory
• Mock interviews
• Live captions and translation
• AI-generated interview guidance
• AI-assisted preparation for behavioral, technical, and other interview formats
• Interview transcripts, reports, and feedback

Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Protect your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized account use
• Maintain only accounts you are authorized to use
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Accounts and subscriptions may not be resold, transferred, or shared in violation of plan limits.

4. AI Output

AI-generated answers, translations, scores, and feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for a specific interview.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.

Boost Interview does not guarantee:

• An interview invitation
• A job offer
• Employment
• A particular salary
• A particular interview score
• The accuracy of every answer
• Compatibility with every device or meeting platform

5. Responsible Use

You agree to use Boost Interview lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

• Violate applicable laws or another person’s rights
• Record or transcribe people without required permission
• Circumvent employer, assessment, or platform rules
• Use the service to impersonate another person
• Attempt to access another user’s information
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Upload malware or harmful material
• Abuse free trials or payment systems
• Use automated methods to overload or scrape the service
• Resell AI output or service access without permission

You are responsible for determining whether AI assistance is permitted in a particular interview, assessment, or workplace context.

6. Audio, Transcription, and Participant Consent

You are responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, employment, and communications laws.

Before capturing or processing a conversation, you must obtain any notices or consents required from the interviewer and other participants.

7. Free Trial

Boost Interview may offer eligible users free trials or promotional access to selected features. The applicable features, usage allowance, duration, eligibility requirements, and other conditions will be displayed when the offer is made.

Free-trial eligibility and limits are governed by the terms displayed with the applicable offer. Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to obtain unauthorized trial access is prohibited. Once the applicable trial limit expires or is consumed, a paid subscription may be required to continue using paid features.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Boost Interview may offer paid subscription plans with different billing periods, features, and usage limits, as displayed at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout.

The applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation information will be displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the Manage Billing section of your account or another cancellation method made available by Boost Interview.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
• Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
• Deleting the desktop application or your local application data does not cancel your subscription.

10. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription and renewal payments are final and non-refundable. Additional eligibility rules and exceptions are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, databases, and original content, is owned by the individual operator of Boost Interview or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Boost Interview a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Create security or legal risk
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse the service
• Infringe another person’s rights

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

13. Third-Party Services

Boost Interview may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and AI services. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services that are outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Interview is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boost Interview and its individual operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, employment opportunities, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Boost Interview for your most recent billing period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
